About me
Raul was born in Zihuatanejo, Mexico and grew up in Lynwood, California with his parents and two younger sisters. Raul became the first in his family to attend and graduate from college and earned degrees in both Film Studies and Italian Studies from UC Berkeley. He later earned his third degree in business from Bellevue University through Disney Aspire, The Walt Disney Company’s education program for eligible cast members. Raul began his career at Disneyland Resort in 2019 as a PhotoPass photographer and later became a working lead for Disney Photo Imaging and Guest Show Operations. Raul was selected as one of two 2024-2025 Disney Ambassadors of Disneyland Resort and now serves as a representative for over 36,000 cast members, an official spokesperson for the resort and an emissary of goodwill on behalf of the company.
