About me
Danielle Solorzano is the Director of Interns at the Newport Beach Film Festival, where she leads intern recruitment, training, and development across all departments. She holds a degree in Communications with an emphasis in Entertainment and Tourism from Cal State Fullerton, along with a minor in Music. With a strong foundation in theater, she has experience both on stage and in technical roles, including work with Segerstrom Center for the Arts and stage managing youth and high school productions throughout Orange County. Passionate about providing real-world experience to students, she believes in bridging the gap between education and industry, especially in a world where “entry-level” often still requires experience. With a deep love for musical theatre and inspiration drawn from Golden Age Hollywood films, she values collaboration above all and is proud to contribute to a festival as prestigious and vibrant as NBFF.
